Center Shot Rifles Policies
Shipping Policies
If you are shipping me your rifle for work, please pack it in a hard sided case and then into a box or cardboard wrap. Your rifle will be returned
shipped in the same container. Multiple items in the same case should be individually wrapped, with bubble wrap, to prevent damage to those items.
If your items are not shipped as such, any return shipping of rifles will be appropriately packaged, at your expense. Make sure your completed rifle
will still fit the case if a brake or longer barrel is added.
***Please include ALL contact information in the package with your rifle or receiver, with work instructions either written or a copy of our e-mail
correspondence. ***
Your personally owned firearms can be legally shipped to me from your address, and return shipped directly to your home. Fed-ex, UPS, and USPS, are
all acceptable shippers.
Shop Policy
CSR llc will stand behind all services provided in quality and workmanship. Customers should report any potential problems or issues they have within
30 days of the receipt of their rifle. This will help in determining the problem, and correcting it in a timely manner. On occasion all barrel makers
can get a bad piece of steel and let out a few barrels that will not perform. If the barrel is determined to be at fault, I can work with the barrel
maker to get you a replacement barrel at no charge, and the fitting and chambering of that barrel will be at no cost to the customer. (Other finish
work such as coating, etc. will be charged at a rate of 75% of normal prices.)
Complete rifles barreled at CSR llc, are test fired for safety, feed and functioning. All load development and accuracy shooting is done by our
customers. Most experienced hand loaders/shooters, are achieving sub 1/2 MOA, or better accuracy with our rifles; many are shooting in the .200-.400
MOA range.
On occasion I am sent actions that are badly worn or show abuse, I reserve the right to refuse barreling an action I determine is past, or near the end
of its usable life. Some actions can be refitted with new parts, this will add to the estimated cost of completion.
General Policies
Center Shot Rifles llc, assembles a limited number of custom rifles, per year, to the direct request and specifications of individuals, who contact
CSR llc for this service.
CSR llc, is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping, please insure your packages with the shipper.
CSR llc, will schedule your project into the build cycle when a down payment is received, OR when the parts arrive, if it is a customer supplied build.
CSR llc, will give an estimated date of completion, when the order is accepted into the build cycle. Due to occasional extended wait times on some
components this may vary slightly.
CSR llc, does not accept credit cards. Personal checks, Bank checks and Money Orders are accepted. I apologies for this inconvenience, but this helps
control cost.
Center Shot Rifles llc, is in the business of repairing, replacing and modifying our customers sporting rifles, for legal use in the United States of
America.
CSR llc does not accept, repair, or alter firearms used for any military or police force, public or private.
CSR llc, will only conduct business with-in the confines of the United States of America. No exporting of any items will take place.
